This output thus completes the training by supplying with train the trainer tools. The main product of O4 will be teaching notes. Addressing the intermediaries, those notes will help them to complete the online training with recommendations and pedagogical contents to increase the benefits to the final user.
The notes will be made of two main parts:
- First, it will include a mix of useful resources for trainers that are complementary to the course, including references to methodologies taught, bibliography, VET best practices, link to other project and business support programmes, etc.
- Then, it will include specific recommendations established on the basis of the course different modules and foreseen competences, as well as for the market training tool for a best exploitation of the materials offered
