Mobile report will have a form of interactive resource which will allow for searching and filtering the answers using various criteria (e.g., the user will be able to choose the skill and based on that the methods developing this skill will be presented or search the skills that are the most demanded on the market by the craft entrepreneurs, etc) and will reveal the most needed skills. It will be also available as mobile app for quick reference from any place via the phone. In addition, to make it more attractive, it will include tips for self-development for educators and learners.
The package will be a collection of tools regarding the main entrepreneurial and soft skills needed by the craft entrepreneurs as identified in the first output. It will be addressed to the final beneficiary of the project: crafts VET learners and craft new entrepreneurs. In order to make it a self-understanding set, the package will have a section for the methodology and structure of contents and will be developed on a Moodle open learning environment.
The market training tool will be an interactive online tool available on the StarCraft platform, so having the same entrance door as the training course and having as objective to support craft learners to simulate their business idea in a real based market context. Thus, it will help them in the understanding of their economic environment and in evaluating the chances of success of a craft idea, learning some key concepts linked to the development of a business plan such as SWOT analysis, market study, competitors, customers, distribution channels, etc.
This output thus completes the training by supplying with train the trainer tools. The main product of O4 will be teaching notes. Addressing the intermediaries, those notes will help them to complete the online training with recommendations and pedagogical contents to increase the benefits to the final user.
StartCraft is a European project funded by the Erasmus+ program, whose main objective is to develop and deliver training and practical entrepreneurship education for managers of crafts businesses. These online training courses seek to solve the special needs of crafts entrepreneurs, improve their entrepreneurial competences, and enhance their productivity. For this reason, the project will develop a complete set of educative materials for artisans, including an e-learning platform, a market training tool, as well as teaching notes for VET providers. Whether you have already launched a crafts business, or you are a future entrepreneur in a crafts related field, or an organization providing VET to craft entrepreneurs; this project can help you, among other things, to increase your knowledge of business management, product quality, and improve your ICT skills.
